  1. Do the displayed images accurately represent the product?
    We have endeavoured to provide all users with the most precise representation of our products by carefully selecting images that best convey and maintain there integrity.
    If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it: see Returns Policy.


  2. Do you offer original art?
    Yes! Various original paintings are available, however, we are unable to show all original pieces on the NovelArts website, as they sell out very quickly, however, if you're thinking of purchasing an original piece of art, please do not hesitate to Contact Us with the details of the artist you are interested in and we will confirm any avalable original pieces.


  3. Can I order a catalogue?
    Yes! You can either download, or request a printed copy of the latest limited edtion releases from our top publishers. Due to the huge amount of art we offer, it is not possible to order a conclusive catalougue of all of our fine art.


  4. What if my print is unavailable?
    NovelArts will endeavour to update all image availability in real time, however in the unlikely event of a product being sold out we will operate on a first come first served basis. A full refund being given to all unsuccessful orders within 7 Days.
    Note: Availability notices are on each piece of work, and we do our very best to keep these up to date, however, to be 100% sure of availability, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.


  5. How will my package be dispatched?
    All Fine Arts products will be sent via Business Post. Due to processing your order we endeavour to have UNFRAMED orders with you within 5-7 Days and FRAMED orders with you within 7-10 Days.

  8. How do I know if my order was succesful?
    You will receive an automatically generated email within seconds to confirm that your order was succesfully placed.


  9. What happens if only a portion of my order is available for dispatch?
    All orders will be despatched in there entirety, unless otherwise instructed by the customer, however if the customer requests partial delivery additional carriage charges may apply. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to Contact Us.


  10. What if my order doesn't arrive on time?
    All orders are tracked and full details of delivery are available on request. If you have not received your product within 24 hours of receipt of notification of dispatch please do not hesitate to Contact Us. Please remember a signature is required for delivery, if you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a contact card and will deliver your order the following day. If the order was unsuccessfully delivered a second time, your item may be returened to us. In this event.


  11. Can I have delivery to an alternative address?
    Yes! During the payment process just simply enter an alternative delivery address that is different to your billing address in the checkout area. For more help please do not hesitate to Contact Us.


  12. How do I know that my item was sent?
